REFUNDS POLICY - We will attempt to reschedule you*, or:

For Non-Accredited courses

> 1 week from the start date 100% refunded

< 1 week from the start date 50% refunded 

< 48hrs from the start date 0% Refunded 

For Accredited courses

> 1 week from the start date 100% refunded

< 1 week from the start date 75% refunded 

< 24hrs from the start date 0% Refunded 

* Course will be rescheduled within reason, to the next available course. We will not continue to keep rescheduling you. 

Once a course is rescheduled refunds will not be issued. 


 COURSE TIMES: Please note our website and booking page may change the times depending on your location. All times will be in the course location's timezone and start at 0900hrs.
